Course: Pottery class - general pottery
Dates and times: Mondays - 2nd November - 14th December, 19.00-21.30.
Price: £245
Included in the course: The course fee includes tuition and access to studio facilities. Each student will have their own wheel and a workbench space. The fee also includes the firing and glazing of four of your masterpieces. You may, of course, glaze and fire as many of your creations as you like, but there will be a small charge for these.
This course is the perfect introduction to pottery. It includes several hand building techniques, throwing and decoration.
You will need to bring your own apron to protect your clothes.
Catch up classes: If you can’t make a session, we will do our best to offer you catch up time in the studio. Please note, this is subject to availability so not guaranteed and will be studio time only, not a tutored session. Please get in touch before booking if you want to discuss any dates you can’t make.
Location: The courses will run at The Mud Rooms, Buckhurst Works, TN39BP. (It might be best to put ‘The Mud Rooms’ into your Sat Nav, as sometimes the postcode takes you to a nearby farm!)
Parking: There is free parking on site
PLEASE NOTE: If you have done the class before, please don’t worry, there will be new projects every week and the chance to work on your own ideas with the guidance of your tutor.
